Negotiating Online Advertising

Hi All 4HWW fanatics, and Tim of course (wherever you are).

The bonus pdf on getting 700K of advertising for chump change is great.

I want to adapt the learnings to online advertising: online newsletters, online editorials, etc.

Has anyone got any tips, recommendations, skils to share regarding negotiation for advertising space with online advetisers, rather than printed advertising?

There is no real pressure to fill in pages near the deadline, so negotiating may be more difficult.

Any thoughts ?
