Anyone using 4 Hour Work Week principles in Real Estate Investing?

Another real estate investor proposed a partnership with me in which I would probably have to spend a lot of time in the business and have all sorts of pointless formalities like meetings, training, appointments, etc. Is there anyone out there practicing real estate investing that has automated a good bit of thier business?

Yes I use voicebroadcast msg's, capture pages, auto responders, and pre-recorded videos to run most of my Real Estate Wholesaling Business (5-10 houses/mo). I do have two assistants that update my website, speak to buyers & sellers, and post my properties on online classifieds at $12/hr each. I tried outsourcing this across seas but for the time I spent training and explaining it wasn't worth it. Toughest part is building relationships with investors which is really the best way to wholesale homes because what holds most people back from buying is fear and worry that they may be getting ripped off. I recently joined a real estate investment university which helps people get past that fear and has a great community for networking. They pay almost $10,000 for referring people to university which helps me do two things... 1. Build Relationships & Buyer list 2. Make a substantial amount of money helping people learn how to invest. I am currently working on developing an automated system for this as well using the same principles. Where are you based out of? Wow., this sounds REALLY interesting., can you recommend a good starting place to learn about this field so that one does not end up losing while learning? Also, is this a geographically sensitive market strategy?

You mention 5 to 10 houses per MONTH., how long did it take you to get to that level of wholesaling? Please give us some other resources to find out more about this form of leveraging time for CA$H., :-)
