How to find a manufacture?

A part of my private labeling includes an item that is patented by a competitor.
I need to find a manufacture that makes the item. I have found the patent but it leads me no where..Any ideas?:confused:

How about just ignoring the patent? If you can't find them, what are the chances they can't find you?

Use thomasnet.com or thomasnet.org then also Alibaba.com

I bought a product that I wanted to sell from my competitor and then found manufactures on those sites. After narrowing down the list i sent the product to them and said I need a quote to duplicate 250 of these. I picked the one with the lowest price.

Thomasnet.com is exactly what I needed. I was able to find about 8 companies that will supply what I am looking for...
I was almost ready to give up....
