I have found a great administrative virtual assistant team.

I'm a real estate agent and mortgage broker, and I had needed a 60 page book to be typed out. I have been needing to sit down and get it typed out but I just didn't want to put in the 6 hours to get it done.

Two weeks ago, I went to elance.com as Timothy Ferriss suggested and entered a project to hire a personal and business assistant.

After completing two of my projects, I am ready to recommend this virtual assistant.

Reason, the quality of their work and the speed... the cost is pretty good as well.

Just like T4HWW talks about, I sent the projects to them at the end of the day. In the morning, I opened my email box the job is completed.

This morning all my all my online classified ads were posted!

The company I am using is called Valpar out of India and the team leader name is Archana.

If you want to give them a test run like I did, just let me know and I can connect you.

Enjoy life,

Kendall

Oh, I forgot about how much there charging per hour. As of today, they cost $3/hour.

I love geo-arbitrage!

P.s. For those of you who might ask, I am not a part of the Valpar or getting compensated for referreing them, I'm just a client. I just want to be helpful to those who have been inspired by reading 4hww.

Gobytrain,

Contact Archana at
valpar_ids-at-yahoo.com

They asked if I knew good people that could give them specific instructions like I have been doing. So I thought what better place then here... since we all read the book.

If you have any specific question shoot me a private message and I will be happy to respond.

For others reading this I'll start posting my experiences with my VA here.
I am currently working with 3 different ones:

----*My real estate transaction cordinator who is out in Colorado cost $250/file.
----*My Marketing Specialist who I trust with very important passwords, internal systems, contacting my clients and vendors, and making key business decisions. she lives in Texas and cost $27/hr and works 2 hrs a week for me.
----*Then my Personal/Business Marketing Assistants from Valpar.

Always,

Kendall

Just a quick update on my VA team.

I exchange my $27 Texas VA for a $10 plus bonus team who lives in Texas.

The $27 VA was through a company called teamdoubleclick.com they stated they were like a human resource company and could staff you business with VA's.

There structure is that you pay them (teamdoubleclick) to do all the paperwork and VA qualifying and training. What was interesting to me and why I went with them at first is that they stated if your VA got sick they could easily staff another one for you.

Well, after the first week my VA got sick and they didn't have a back-up who could perform.

So my question was why am I paying extra for a service that couldn't deliver as promised, and the people they sent to me to interview where mostly average.

Anyway, I went back to elance read a lot of reviews and found A VA team that speaks english in the US that so far is doing an excellent job.

So my US team works does the phone interactions for me and my team from India does my general research and data entry.

I have found that I need to really give them more things to do, but they are accomplishing their tasks so quickly, it kind of hard...

So I have started to give them personal tasks to do far me.

This week I had Valpar research and create an excel spreadsheet comparing the rates structure and fees of self-directed ira so I can roll-over my brokered manageed account into a roth ira that I can have more control over my retirement account and investments.

I'll keep you updated,
