a way to start a simple muse for the testing phase is the Yahoo Merchant Solutions. I am starting a muse with my girlfriend and we are using Yahoo. The link gives you almost half off for the first 2 months and waives the $50 setup fee.

We started our site for $26 and setup Paypal for accepting credit cards cost free. Then we are putting in $100 and getting the additional $50 free from yahoo for a test PPC campaign.

Thanks Drew! Yahoo is significantly cheaper than Google so IMO great for testing :) One thing to keep in mind - when I was running tests they required I keep 30% (I think) of my budget paid for on my credit card, so it wasn't exactly like getting a full credit...I also had a $25 credit offer in my mailbox after stopping my ads a month ago, so I think they are really trying to get some business from Google!

No Problem. All in all I think total we have spent $120 and will have 14 days of testing. So not bad for a business that can generate many times that.
