Using quotations commercially

Hi all,

I would like to use quotes from famous authors and personalities, along the lines like those used in 4HW, in my brand packaging. I've done an initial sweep of the legality of this idea and have yet to find concrete rules.

Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? The product will be sold in the US, CAN and EU.

You can use short, attributed quotes legally, depending, under Fair Use law:
