Sending something with the package?

My plan is to sell supplements, however, in the package (with the supplement) should I add something like a sheet with product information?

Well, to be a bit more detailed than the former answer, thing is that it's kind of completely compulsory (by law) in almost any country of the world to have a fact sheet on any packaged food that is commercialised. It should actually be printed on the packaging.

If you want to sell something that will be eaten by the customer, you have to check all the sanity & regulations rules to make sure that you will comply.
