My password didn't work at Lulu after a bit of inactivity so clicked the "forgot password button". They sent me an email with the same password I remember so, tried it again. I wanted to talk to customer support but naturally, they don't have a contact us email address anywhere and trying to shunt everyone into read their FAQ. Thought I'd get on the forum but in order to do that YOU HAVE TO LOG IN. Doh!
Has anyone using Lulu noticed that their myspace apps are not working? I'm thinking perhaps Lulu has become a thing of past? Which is why I can't log in. Is it time to start thinking about a different order/delivery company? If any of you have working passwords at Lulu could you put a post on their forum about my login problem?
