Hi All,
I've been a long time reader of this forum having stumbled across the book last year. I've now got myself in a position where I've switched to freelancing, reduced to 3 days per week and setup my first muse (http://www.quality-outsource-design.com) plus have tested & are ready to go with my second (url currently being changed but basically an ebook to do with sport).
Having joined a running club a year ago and noticed how much my motivation improved by bouncing of peers and listening to others success stories, I was wondering if the same principle could be applied to the 4HWW. So I'm trying to scope out if there would be any interest for a group in London, UK. I was thinking initially of just meeting up for a few beers to see interest levels and size of the community in the city. Then if things went well we could arrange a monthly meeting with a different theme each month - definition, outsourcing, lifestyle design... - getting one or two volunteers to give talks on their experiences. I go along to a technology one once per month with a similar format and it works really well. We normally go for a few drinks after so it isn't always all work! Of course the format is just a suggestion and we'd go with whatever people thought best but it could be a good starting point.
So what do you think - any interest? Please reply to thread so I can gauge interest over the next week and if there's at least a few of us I'll sort something out.
George
