I have come across a great method on how to get started on any project. When I need get moving but feel overwhelmed or can't just get started, I set small, achieveable goal. I then go to e.ggtimer.com and set it for either 15 or 30 minutes and make promise to work uninterrupted for that time on my goal.
Here is what usually happens. First, what I thought would take me a long time really doesn't once I sit down and get focused time so I can get the goal done before the time. Second, when the time is up, I usually want to continue because I am in the task and realize it's not as bad as I thought. Third, I can stop after my time committment guilt free because I met my goal or I can set another time later to work another time period later.
This has worked great for me.

That's a great strategy for getting immediate goals done. Sometimes it can help as well to understand how it is that we make changes in life and maintain them. If you find yourself procrastinating it may be that your goal is in conflict with a value. I wrote a blog about this called 6 Stages of Successful Lifestyle Design (http://www.nunomad.com/blog/6-stages-to-successfully-design-your-lifestyle/). If you're interested to understand more about making maintainable change, you might want to check it out.;)

Haha that logic reminds me of the saying: "Everything in moderation - including moderation".

Hey guys. After I read the 4HWW, I started using the e.ggtimer and a notepad to-do list, to try to beat off prognostication and get things done. I realized that a great tool would be a to-do list with a timer, that way you can use Parkinson's Law in your to-do list.
Well, I developed an app for my own use, but thought it would be nice to share it with everyone, especially those that are fans of the 4HWW. So here it is http://qiknr.com/ Hope you enjoy and let me know if you have any suggestions.

Sam... are you available for coding work? Love the interface, very clean and I might be looking for a second coder in the new year. Our current guy works too much :P ... but he's one of the best I've ever met.
Cheers

Cool, well if you're free anytime in the next 3 months, let me know. I've got a few 6 figure launches coming up that I could use talented coders on.
Cheers
