I am new to blogging so please forgive the mistakes.
Question: Has anyone setup any contracts with suppliers, where the supplier pulls the order they receive from a your company and ships it directly to your business customer? I am trying to figure out how to not have inventory cost and outsource the order receipt, packaging and shipping. Any ideas? Thanks

In order to do that, you need to have sales. Once you start selling 10-20 units a month, then you can move on to outsourcing. Starting at that point is really an exercise in futility.

You people really need to understand what drop-shipping really is, how it's done, and how it affects your bottom line. Then you'll see that it's not all it's cracked up to be in most cases.

You can hire a fulfillment house but do your research. As Tim rightly points out, it is often not worth it unless you are very large and have high volume.

You could also consider just having a VA warehouse your inventory and fulfilling orders for you. You would need one in the same country so this would not be feasible if you are shipping internationally.
