What companies can I use to outsourse graphic design?

I have heard there are web sites where you can post your work and others bid to do them like on ebay. And like ebay you can check out their previous work rating.

Are there companies say in India that I can oursource to? Or other low cost countries??

I would think Elance (http://www.elance.com) would be your friend here. Just search for graphic design (maybe be more specific to narrow that list down) and than look for potential businesses that fit any criteria you may have (% of positive feedback, # of feedback, whether or not they're in India (if you actually care about such things)). You can also get a look at their skills set, credentials and portfolio. All that should help you make a pretty well informed decision.

Hope it helps!

If you just need a logo or quick template design, I'd try this place:

You'll find people that do stuff for rock bottom prices.

If you'd prefer just to keep it simple, not have to look at people's bids, and know you'll get quality work - I'd hit up a guy on this forum davidcraige.com for a referral. He set me up for my muse with a great guy from the Netherlands that was way cheaper than US designers but also had no language barrier and knew what he was doing.

If you want something super cheap and only for testing then use elance. My only prob there has been that every site I've had someone build has had to be redone once the site is validated.

Elance - check their reputation - set strict timeframes and budget plus acceptable standards- ask for references with bids.

I have used Elance for all my graphic design. Be strict about what you want (Tim talks about instructing VAs in his book) and ensure they have good feedback, an established work history on Elance, and a good portfolio to view.

I paid $85 for LOGO and $90 for 4 x Banners + 2 x Ebook covers. Very happy with the work.

...and for the love of god, don't look to Indian firms for top-notch creative work. Technical work, yes. Creative work, explore south American and central European providers. Find portfolios with some flair and attention to detail.
