hey everybody,

I am getting a few orders now, la problema is that I am in mexico, my product is manufactured and shipped from china. my customer base is USA and some in Canada.

shipping to myself here in mexico and then again back to the states or canada seems a little silly and expensive.

I have a friend at home in Vancouver filling orders for me right now, an extremely short term solution.

I have tried all the options in the book for order fulfillment companies, without success. If anyone has any experience with a good company I would love to hear about it. I am averaging about 10 orders a week over my first 3 weeks.

thanks for any tips, ciao

I wish I could help you.
The only thing I can think of is perhaps there are order fulfillment companies in China?
Has anyone tried that option?

Have you contacted FedEx directly? I am 100% sure that the sources in the book are very tired of hearing every Tim, Dick, and Harry call to ask about inane questions on products they haven't yet developed. Tim blogged about that a few weeks back.

Sorry, no idea.

Off topic but curious: What's your product? Do you have a website?

My company does order fulfillment, warehousing and return processing for about 400 clients. ... we are located in Traverse City, Michigan.

We are set up on the 4-Hour Workweek support model wherein orders from our client's shopping cart are sent to us automatically and we then pick, pack and ship each order within 24 hours. There are no set up fees and no minimums and no tricky terms.

If you are interested in reducing shipping costs and fulfillment outsourcing, you are welcome to read my recent article

Why would anyone do business with a company that does such a crappy job of marketing?

Do you guys really think that bottom feeding for a 2 year old post and digging it from its well deserved grave is an effective strategy? GTFO of here.

Great! I was looking for a good fulfillment companies (http://www.infifthgear.com/) , I though i was the only person who still didn't have a reliable company. I'm going to contact Fedex directly and see what they can do for me.
