Arbitrage

At the beginning of one chapter it mentioned arbitrage. I haven't finished the book yet, but I did not see it in that chapter. Is this covered later?

To answer my own question, it's geoarbitrage. It first appeared earlier in the book when Tim talked about taking advantage of currency differences. I took it to mean trading currencies. Now I can see it means taking advantage of currency differences by way of outsourcing or living in countries where the dollar goes further.
