Hey folks,
This is my first post. After reading 4HWW last March, I started an ecommerce site which, although not making quite enough money to live off of yet, is growing weekly.
I’ve a few questions for anyone out there.
a.) Is anybody aware of any meetups (or forums where people actually meet) in NYC focused on implementation of the 4HWW? I could not find any? This is not to work jointly, but to potentially bounce ideas, get leads on trusted resources, get critical review, etc… If not, I’d be interested in organizing one via meetup.com. Would anybody be interested in being associated with it?
b.) Does anybody have any recommendations of proven outsourcing partners focused on SEO, SEM and most importantly, improving website conversion ratios? If so, please let me know.
c.) Is there a forum here to specifically review or post about successful businesses that were inspired by the 4HWW model?
Thanks

I think in the last category, there is a thread that asks just this question. And it is a question that is often asked. So we'd love for you to post your success story. If anyone knows where that thread is before I find it, put the link here, please.

Outsourcing optons:
Elance.com
Odesk
freelance.com
Do a google search for more option but those are probably the best option. Study how their system works before you make up a project for a freelancer to bid on. I hope that helps

What you need for part A is to start a Mastermind group! Read some Napoleon Hill, or check out this post I wrote ages ago about the group I started with some friends in college:

Best of luck my man

I'm forming a similar group currently. However, it's online-based, not in-person. Check out http://fourhourworkweek.com/vBulletin/showthread.php?t=5439 and send me an email if you're interested.

Alex's group above is the best i have seen so far from the boards. Although there was talk about people in NY (I am located there as well) meeting up, I dont think it ever went through. Maybe we can still put something together tho!

I'm meeting a few entrepreneurs for burgers in NYC Friday. It's not a 4HWW meet-up, but these are guys associated to one extent or another in the local start-up scene. I can see if we can fit one more if one of you is interested in going.

Is there anyone here from VT/NH? I live in the "Northeast Kingdom" of Vermont and would very much appreciate the chance to meet occasionally with other aspiring 4HWWers.
As a truck driver, I'm only home about once every 6 wks, but any chance to associate with supportive/successfull entrepreneurs would be great.
