Hey all - like everyone here I have started to work on getting started.

I am in the midst of creating two concepts - here are the websites:

http://www.infocinch.com
http://www.caringframe.com

I have several ideas I am working on and trying multiple content delivery methods.

I know that one of the keys is regular content if going the content creation route - but getting the right ad mix seems difficult - any ideas on the way to get clicks would be awesome.

The Infocinch concept is to make using technology easier among other things.

The Caringframe concept is in the works - the main landing page from a Google ad is actually the Caring Frame Online sub-page.

Any tips to get to the next step would be awesome or anything you see that I should just expand on!!!

- Dave

Some quick thoughts from me:

Infocinch - Work on your copy. When I read the copy on the main page I had no clue what you're offering (and still don't really). Is it just an information respository, or do people come to your home and tell mom and dad how to watch a DVD etc?

Caring Frame - The website design is horrible and really detracts from the purpose of the site. I realize this one is quite new and you probably know it needs work.

Grayman - best feedback I've gotten yet - friends are too easy on the feedback.

I totally get the point on InfoCinch. The idea was to be an information site as you mention, but with so many things going on there it is confusing - I think I'm going to cut it back and limit the content and make it less cluttered.

And I completely agree on the Caring frame piece - I have something else in the works for it, but I think it's a decent idea.

Anyone else is welcome and appreciated!
