Not sure if this is the forum to post in - but I figure let's keep the wealth in the community right?

I'm after a copywriter for my new muse. Anyone in here have any experience writing a real, honest, no-hype sales letter.
One that's capable of speaking to real people about their problem & offering a solution without sounding like a snake oil salesman or going on for 30 pages....

please PM me if you think you fit the bill.

Thanks,
Mike

I am also looking for help in writing a sales copy that would be suited for management type people for a product that is basically a "for dummies" manual.....

I really have very little knowledge on this side as I am a technical person (engineer) but would rather not try to out source this on my first test...

Cheers,

Take a look at my two muse websites and see if you like the copy.

www.nomore247.com

www.salesrepeater.co.uk/service/salon/index.html

I don't know if they have too much snake oil but both sites sell.

I wrote the copy myself based on some instructions I read. If you like it I'll dig out the source and post it here.

Cheers

Peter has nailed the very first two rules of writing good copy:

Make it clear what it's about
Write to your market

Hi Pete

I'd be interested to have a read through that original source if you do have it to hand somewhere

Thanks

Jon :)

Hi Guys,

I got the copywriting course as part of my membership of www.businesswarriors.co.za

You can also buy it from http://maxpowercopy.co.uk/

It's "hypie" (is that even a word) but you can tone it down.

Cheers

Pete

I've written some copy for my muse site - however I need some professional eyes to edit it.

1) Should I approach someone who does copy writing specifically for the web and should that person also include editing for seo purposes - or - should it be someone who just writes sales copy? (BTW - I'm in the UK)

2) Please could someone recomend a good copy editor. I read about people having recruited some bad editors off elance - so if someone were to forward the details of a good one from their own experience, would be much obliged.

3) Likewise, I need seo expertise.

Thanks.
