Tim: I remember reading this post a while back and kept it in mind when publishing my first book Body Energy – Unlock The Secrets of The Chinese Energy Clock (you might consider it a brochure compared to 4 hour body – only 58pgs). It is only published on kindle – paperback due out in 2 weeks but it hit #1 in Acupressure & Acupuncture for Kindle on 1/1/13. I think I remember you talking about picking your battles as far as category selection is concerned also. Thanks for the great info and would love to learn more about publishing books, especially on Amazon.
