I love the episode. It gives me a feeling that you are a real normal dude, not some sort of a "super human" your're marketing!

Where can I get such evernote t-shirt? I started using Evernote because of You, and after a while I became a great fan of this product.

Just watching this episode now. Have you hit that 500lb deadlift yet Tim? If not, I think its definitely possible with some specific training. I pulled 400 at a BW of 185 with some simple periodization and a peaking cycle. I like Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength Program for basic linear progression, and Jim Wendler's 5-3-1 as well. The latter has less volume and I feel more sustainable for someone that has already passed that novice phase of adpation, or does other activities. Lifting heavy three times a week made it tough to do alot of BJJ.
