I work with people who are terminally ill and dying every day. They've taught me more than any textbooks ever could about abundant life and facing fear aka False Evidence Appearing Real. Not one of them ever said, "gee, I wish I had spent more time at the office."..or... (the rest to be shared when the book comes out) I am often asked, "how can you do such a job?" as if it requires some special skill. To me it takes more effort to walk around as the living dead in apathy. When I see that I want to say, "how can you do such a thing?" What an amazing life and testimony he was!!! I read it this morning & carry it in my pocket as I head out to campaign at the polls against California’s Proposition 8 to protect civil rights for same sex couples.
