		<description>It&#039;s so exciting to hear about ROWE! I am just starting my career and already depressed and burned out by the &quot;put in your hours in your seat&quot; crap. I could be twice as productive if we could just be treated like adults and given some measurable work to do. Do employers really want to spend the big bucks to keep a bunch of smart, responsible people chained to their desks accomplishing next to nothing (and bad mouthing the company on the side because they hate their job so much)?

ROWE is the way to go! This gives me hope!</description>
