Great tips on public speaking. It is a very difficult thing if you dont have the confidence in it. I took Dale Carnegie’s course and it worked pretty well. I used to get the sweaty palms and back and now can get up without that happenings. Most of the nervousness is gone and I feel more comfortable getting up. The key once overcoming the fear is having confidence and being prepared for the speech you are going to give. You must know your topic and be passionate about it and then it should come naturally.
