With all due respect to Tim, Librarian, I wouldn't worry about "bioengineered H20". There's really no good evidence to support the idea water can maintain microclusters to any appreciable degree, much less that such microclustering would have any significant effects physiologically speaking.

Put another way, it is highly unlikely that the difference, if any, you could achieve would justify the expense. Just use distilled water, and you should be fine.

Great info, I have done this a couple times when cutting weight cut I still do not understand how to make the bioengineered H20, I follow all the other rules I can, but I do not see a clear instruction on how to make normal water into the 5-6 water molecules, can anyone help me out with this?

WHOA. Thanks, Wrestling Coach! Tim or Tim's assistant, perhaps modify the article? Just adding Wrestling Coach's comment to the article would be helpful. The worst thing would be to go through all this trouble only to be DQ'd, and forfeit all the months of training.

Does anyone have experience cutting weight with a shorter weigh-in to competition window? I'll be weighing in at 7am and powerlifting probably 10am...so just 3 hours to rehydrate/refeed.

Christian,

Personally, I strongly recommend against using diuretics to drop weight (especially if you're not familiar with their safe use, but really at all). The potential complications of diuretic use are real and possibly severe.
